BEAUTY IS SOUL DEEP
This powerful group is back!  It is a FREE email program for women only.  It consists of six weeks of emails, messages and simple exercises to help us to transform our self esteem issues into a deep sense of love and appreciation for ourselves. 

The program borrows ideas from teachers such as Dr. Christiane Northrup, Louise Hay and Doreen Virtue, and is fleshed out with affirmations, journalling, angel messages, web links and so much more!

There is also a Facebook support group to add a community aspect to this program. The group is closed so no one can see who is in it or what is posted, except for those in the current group.  This is to ensure a feeling of safety while exploring a very sensitive and private issue.
